DVi Names Joseph
Tong as President
HONG
KONG, May 8, 2007 ¨C
Digital Vision, Inc. (DVi) today announced the appointment of Mr.
Joseph Tong as company President. Mr. Tong joins DVi from G.M.I.Technology
Inc. where he held the position of Vice President of South China.
He has over 25 years of experience in the Greater China market,
primarily focused on Consumer Electronics. Mr. Tong also previously
served as the President of Vectors Electronics, a key Consumer Electronics
focused company.

and track record joining DVi to lead our team,¡± stated Pete Andreyev,
Chairman, DVi. ¡°Joseph will enable DVi to continue on our path

announcement, DVi's prior president, Steve Wong, has been named
CEO of Vision Technology Corporation. ¡°I am very grateful to Steve
for his leadership since the formation of DVi,¡± commented Mr. Andreyev.
