 Digital Vision Inc. Announces 1st Quarter 2007 Results   

HONG KONG, April 30, 2007 – Digital Vision Inc. (DVi) today announced its business results* for the first quarter of 2007. For the three months ending March 31, 2007 unit shipments increased 9.9% and revenue increased 5.5% versus the 4th quarter of 2007. Versus the quarter ending March 31st, 2006 revenue increased 50% in the 1st quarter of 2007. Product shipments exceeded 2 million units, a record for the company. The company posted a net profit for the 5th consecutive quarter.

DVi grew shipments overall of its flagship consumer electronics products, integrated circuits (ICs) grew by 10%, while hard disk drives (HDDs) declined by 8%. All products were shipped for consumer devices such as MP3 players, personal media players, DVD recorders, and more.  DVi also extended its product range by shipping initial units of small form factor displays in the quarter. The company also entered into a new partnership with Seagate Technology for HDDs. With this new agreement and the entry to the display business, DVi now provides the complete array of major components and software used in consumer electronics applications, making the company a key partner for CE manufacturers across the board.
