DVi and Coby Electronics Partner to Launch MP3 Players in U.S. Featuring Actions Semiconductor's Series 7500

HONG KONG, January 29, 2007 - Digital Vision, Inc. (DVi) and Coby Electronics Co., Ltd. today announced the introduction of the industry's first MP3 player featuring Actions Semiconductor's leading technology, the Series 7500 chipset. The products will be shipped to the U.S. market under the Coby brand.

The Series 7500 product family was designed for the U.S. market and is not affected by a recent Limited Exclusion Order (LEO) prohibiting the sale of our Series 207x , 208x & 209x chipsets in the U.S.
